Since every holster is custom made to order, our return policy is as follows:

• If for any reason you receive a damaged or defective holster, please contact us immediately and we will repair or refund you for your order immediately.
• Because every holster is made to order, we provide a three (3) business day return policy for all holsters. Requests for returns must be made within 3 business days from the date you received your purchase, you must be sure to open your package immediately upon receipt. Failing to do so within this time-frame will result in your return not being accepted.
• You will be responsible for return postage on all returns.

Alessi Holsters stands by all products we make. If your holster becomes damaged from normal use over the years, we will repair the holster free of charge. You will be responsible for all shipping charges.
